To mount heavier frames or doors, consider 80/20's aluminum Hinges.  Ships in one ready-to-mount piece. Clear anodized finish and compatible with 10 and 15 series.  Mounting holes spaced for compatibility with Double T-Nuts.

• 2086 - Small Aluminum Hinge - 10 Series; 2.0" Wide; Use Four 1/4-20 BHCS with your choice of Two Double T-nuts.
• 2086 - Large Aluminum Hinge - 15 Series; 3.0" Wide; Use Four 5/16-18 BHCS with your choice of Two Double T-nuts.
